So yesterday marked the start of New York Fashion Week as well as the rebranded and newly sponsored location for New York Fashion Week.  There are two new homes where Fashion Week is now residing- the Skylight at Moynihan Station and Skylight Clarkson Square located in Soho.  While you may not be able to attend a show or get a glimpse of your favorite movie star during Fashion Week, there's something that you can take advantage of and that's Freebies!!!!
    Budget off the Runway
Just in case you aren’t aware, there are businesses that offer Freebies during NY Fashion Week and below are a few participating vendors:
Bloomindale’s will be setting up a Vanity Bar on 33rd Street (between 8th and 9th Ave) from 12pm-7pm on Friday until Monday.  All are welcome to pop in for Liquiteria juices, healthy snacks, express hand and foot massages and more.
The Glam App will have a mobile beauty station running between Clarkson Square and Moynihan Station from Saturday through Monday.  They will be offering free hair and makeup touch-ups inspired by its most popular looks as well as manicures.  You will need to follow the app on Instagram to find out its exact location between the hours of 12pm - 5pm.

Glamsquad will have a fleet of coral-colored taxis (dubbed “GlamTaxis”} that’ll shuttle show-goers to Milk Studios, NYFW’s headquarters, and Spring Studios at 50 Varick Street for free – all you have to do is approach the car and show the app on your phone for admittance. Hop in for your complimentary ride and a glam touch-up as well as tips.  The GlamTaxis will be running between 9am-7pm starting Friday and running through the 17th.  Follow them on Twitter @GLAMSQUAD for real-time location updates!
